• Identity data: your name, date of birth, government ID document and liveness selfie collected during verification.
• Contact data: email address and, where required, phone number.
• Trade data: the cards, coins, amounts, quotes and payouts attached to your account.
• Financial data: the bank account details you register for receiving Naira payouts.
• Technical data: device type, browser, language preference and theme preference.

We do not collect more than the trade flow needs. Card codes you upload for verification are processed for that trade and stored only as part of the trade record.

Identity and contact data are used to verify accounts, meet anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering duties, and to pay you. Trade data is used to price, process and receipt your trades, to resolve disputes, and to improve rate accuracy. Technical data keeps the platform fast and remembers your preferences, such as your theme choice.

We also use aggregate, de-identified statistics to understand demand - for example which brands the board should price next. That statistics layer never identifies you.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (pricing, processing and paying your trades); compliance with legal obligations (identity verification, record-keeping, reporting); our legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement); and your consent where we ask for it, such as for optional marketing emails.

You can withdraw consent at any time for anything that relies on it, without affecting trades already completed.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: service providers who process it for us under contract (identity verification partners, cloud hosting, banking and transfer infrastructure); regulators and law enforcement where the law compels us; and counterparties to the minimum extent needed to complete the exchange you asked for.

Every service provider is bound to use your data only to deliver their function for the platform.

Our infrastructure and service providers may process data in other countries. Where that happens, we use recognized safeguards - such as standard contractual clauses - and apply the same protection standard described in this policy regardless of where the data sits.

Verification records and trade histories are kept for the period financial regulation requires after your last trade or account closure, because anti-money-laundering law obliges us to keep them. Preference and technical data are kept only while your account is active. When a retention period ends, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct details that are wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where it is our basis.
• Complain to the data protection authority where you live, at any time, without telling us first.

Send any request to info@hpcarding.com from your account email. We respond within 30 days and verify identity before releasing anything, so that nobody can request your data but you.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to roles that need it, and changes to verification records are logged. No platform can promise perfect security; we can promise that we treat your data like the payout money itself - with escrow-grade care - and that we will tell you promptly and clearly if anything ever goes wrong.

The platform is not available to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, it is closed and the associated data is deleted, subject only to legal retention duties.

Material changes to this policy are announced in the app and on this page before they take effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
